Sam acquires an ostrich that soon hatches – unsurprisingly, a full‑grown bird. The chick quickly latches onto Sam and devours anything in sight, prompting Maggie to order Sam to dispose of it. Believing the creature gone, Sam returns home, only for Maggie to lead him to the bedroom where he discovers the ostrich living with its own family.
