After killing an Okinawan mobster in Okinawa, Japanese‑Filipino gang member Joe flees south to the Philippines, hoping to find safety and reconnect with his father. He lives for the moment, embracing a reckless youth as he navigates the underworld’s chase. In Manila he befriends Yoko, a saloon girl who shelters him, but his former allies soon track him down, determined to collect vengeance.
