A syndicate hires ninjas to steal the formula for a new drug cheaper and more potent than cocaine. The industrialist who funded the research protected the substance, so the thieves only get half. To appease their bosses, the ninjas blackmail the industrialist for the missing half, forcing the Mexican Ninja and his allies to intervene.
