The film presents a detailed account of Argentina’s final military regime, 1976‑1983. It follows the earlier documentary “La República Perdida,” which covered 1930‑1976, and picks up from that work, covering the period too recent for the first film. Made after the dictatorship’s collapse, it examines the political climate and the shift toward democracy.
