The film follows stand‑up comic and former Stoner of the Year Doug Benson as he embarks on a 30‑day experiment to discover marijuana’s impact on the human body. He spends the first month without cannabis, then consumes massive amounts for the next month, documenting the physical and psychological effects. While his quest to become “super‑high” provides plenty of humor, the documentary also examines the contentious debate over medical marijuana and its therapeutic potential.
