During the 1990s, as the Cold War's tensions lingered, Karl-Heinz Schaab, a German technician, became the focus of intense scrutiny. Accused of secretly selling nuclear weapons technology to Saddam Hussein’s regime in Iraq, Schaab’s actions sparked international concern and raised questions about espionage and the proliferation of dangerous arms. The film explores the events surrounding his alleged dealings and the geopolitical implications of his actions.
