Following a disagreement with her mother, Jennifer, a teenager focused on herself, finds herself at a homeless shelter. Her father, concerned by her behavior, gives her an ultimatum: volunteer at the shelter to learn responsibility and compassion. There, she unexpectedly forms connections with the staff and a young guest, discovering the importance of love, family, and the true spirit of Christmas.
