Prithvi Khuranna, Zayed Khan, is a diligent, middle-class professional who spends his days juggling a tight budget, looming rent, and a cycle of small, unavoidable expenses that keep him on edge in the city. One ordinary day, his financial world flips when his account is suddenly credited with 100 crores (1 billion rupees) and his bank profile is mysteriously upgraded to the “platinum” class. The shock is only the beginning, because a call from an unknown number follows, claiming to be the infamous Dawood and insisting that Prithvi enter into a lucrative, high-stakes arrangement.

The caller’s demand is to move large sums of money at different times and places, all through Dawood’s supposed orders. The person at the center of this scheme is Dawood’s henchwoman, Rasheeda, portrayed by Talia Bentson. Prithvi tries to share the bewildering news with his roommate Sam, a fearless opportunist who thrives on quick money and easy temptations, brought to life by Rannvijay Singh. The duo’s plans quickly collide with the reality of the situation when the bank’s Vice President, D.K. Thawani, arrives at Prithvi’s door with a glitzy, personalized service that feels more like a trap, a revelation that shakes Prithvi to his core and leads Megha, his girlfriend and a TV journalist, to seek help from her top-cop uncle, G.S. Chaddha.

As the tension mounts, Prithvi’s confidence falters. He soon learns that D.K. Thawani is really Dawood’s man in disguise, adding another layer of danger to an already surreal windfall. Then a newsflash disrupts the entire fragile balance: Dawood has reportedly died. The timing is brutal for Prithvi, because with Dawood gone, the remaining balance in his account appears to be 600 million—the full weight of his supposed fortune resting on rumor and the chance that the money might disappear at any moment.

Despite the chaos, Megha and Prithvi decide to take the safer route and go to the police the next day, hoping to return the money and reclaim their normal lives. Sam, however, offers a different path: celebrate first, worry later. The night spirals into a club scene where an ominous call from Dawood disrupts the fragile celebration. Megha is later found unconscious in Prithvi’s car, an incident that reveals the unsettling truth: the Dawood calls were not real. Sam confesses that the calls were fabricated by Rasheeda—whose real name is Rachel—who orchestrated the scheme with the help of the online lottery, using Prithvi’s debit card to siphon a billion-rupee windfall.

What begins as a miraculous windfall quickly unravels into a dangerous money-laundering plot masterminded by Ram Sharan Oberoi, intended to siphon black money into India. Prithvi and Sam realize they are now tangled in a web that could draw the RBI and police into a tough, high-profile investigation. They hatch a bold plan: abduct Rachel, force a confrontation, and leak a confession that could exonerate them.

In a carefully staged sequence, Prithvi impersonates Oberoi and calls Thawani, convincing him to hand over more money. He then infiltrates Thawani’s house, recording a confession with a hidden camera as Thawani and Oberoi are subsequently arrested. The immediate danger fades, but a different kind of reckoning begins. The government awards Prithvi a reward of 20 million, a nod to his risky improvisation and the nerve of his plan.

Yet, just as the sense of closure seems possible, a chilling twist returns with a late-night call from the real Dawood, reminding Prithvi that the world of money, power, and danger never truly ends. This gripping ride blends ambition, deception, and the high-stakes psychology of a man suddenly thrust into a life-and-death game, testing loyalties, love, and the limits of what people will do when fortune walks through the door.
