Sgt. Stubby: An American Hero

Robert Conroy found the stray Boston Terrier puppy wandering into camp at Yale University and decided to keep him because the men needed morale during the stressful training period before deployment. Despite lacking formal military training, Robert saw something special in the pup and gave him the name Stubby, immediately treating him as part of the 102nd Infantry Regiment.
