Rocky II

On New Year's Day in 1976, world heavyweight boxing champion Apollo Creed successfully defends his title against challenger Rocky Balboa in a fiercely contested match. The bout ends in a split decision, creating a heated debate over the true winner of the fight.

Both Apollo and Rocky are sent to the hospital following their intense match. The close nature of the fight raises public opinion questioning the validity of Apollo's victory, leading him to reconsider a rematch.
