Exploring the vibrant Russian Avant-Garde movement a century later, this documentary brings to life the artists who shaped a new era. Featuring contributions from contemporary artists, curators, performers, and descendants, it highlights the groundbreaking works and lives of figures like Chagall, Kandinsky, and Malevich. These pioneers thrived during a period of revolutionary change, only to face suppression and the imposition of Socialist Realism under Stalin's authority after a brief but impactful fifteen years.
