Porky’s Picnic

Porky rides his bike to Petunia's house, knocks on the door, and asks if she would like to go on a picnic. Petunia goes upstairs to fetch her basket, and the two set off together toward the day’s outing. The invitation marks the start of a day of fun and adventure.

While walking toward their picnic spot, Porky and Petunia pass a window where Pinky is asleep but overhears their plan and decides to tag along. Pinky’s curiosity gets the better of him, and he follows them without being noticed. The trio begins their unusual journey together.

Pinky pulls a nail from the bike's sidecar, causing the vehicle to split into two pieces. The separated pieces drift along different paths as Porky, Petunia, and Pinky cope with the setback. The mishap sets the stage for a wacky chase and misadventure.

After a speeding train passes, the trio reconnects, and Porky wraps up his story for Pinky. Pinky proudly declares that it was the best story he never heard, which only makes him want more mischief. The return to their picnic continues with renewed energy.

The group finally reaches the park. Porky decides to take a nap while Pinky keeps an eye on a curious squirrel nearby. Petunia settles Pinky down beside Porky, hoping for a peaceful rest.

Pinky grabs a pair of scissors and begins to chase the small squirrel, causing a flutter of activity around the resting trio. The strange energy hints at Pinky's growing mischief, even as Petunia tries to keep the peace. The moment foreshadows more antics to come.

Petunia leaves the area, and Pinky suddenly rises to strike Porky with a large wooden plank. Porky wakes to find Pinky nearby, and he asks what Pinky was planning to do with the plank. Pinky hesitates, then strikes again and skips away.

Pinky skips toward the zoo, passing a sleeping crocodile or alligator along the way. The animal sighting adds a touch of danger to Pinky's mischief as he escapes into the next scene.

Petunia shouts where Pinky is, and Porky finds him sleeping in a cage with a big cat and its cubs. He sneaks past the sleeping predator to reach Pinky and prepares to escape being eaten. The chase intensifies as they try to outsmart the cat and reach safety.

Porky crawls back to Petunia and they resume the chase, but the big cat becomes stuck between the bars, trapping itself. On the return to Petunia, Porky slips in the mud, yet Petunia is forgiving and kisses him anyway. The moment blends danger with affection.

Seeing the squirrel again, Pinky prepares to cut it with the scissors. The squirrel retaliates with a small wooden plank of its own and strikes Pinky repeatedly. The mischievous baby finally learns a harsh lesson as the chase ends this chapter.

The mischief is resolved as Pinky gets punished for his actions, ending the day on a note of playful justice. Porky and Petunia share a moment of relief as they continue their day together.
