As a former officer and paratrooper, he recounts his romance with Iris, a girl about to begin army service. The poetic film blends beauty, innocence and wisdom, and features rare footage from Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin’s assassination era. Made with humour and love, it confronts Israel’s deepest scars.
