Makoto Fukunaga and Yoshiyuki Omori as Makoto Fukunaga, along with Eiji Yamada Kentarou Nakakura as Eiji Yamada, find themselves expelled from Tsutenkaku High after intervening to protect a girl from a gang. In a harsh bid to keep their reputations intact, they threaten to expose the school’s secrets and coerce the administration into handing over one million yen as a parting gift. That night, they tail the boss of the Kinsu sect into an upscale hostess club and, unchecked by consequences or restraint, spend the entire sum in reckless excess.
The following day, they answer a job listing from Takaranoyama Trading Ltd. that promises 500,000 yen per month to inexperienced young men. What seems like an easy payday quickly drags them into a brutal reality: they are forcibly conscripted into the Kinsu sect through blood contracts, joined by Tokichi Kinoshita, a student who studies animal husbandry at Yamanosato University and is conspicuously excluded from the deeper activities of the group. The coercive recruitment sets the tone for a world where loyalty is bought and fear is a constant companion.
Head Captain Kaizo Daimon [Rikiya Yasuoka] takes an active role, trying to maneuver Makoto and Eiji toward money through collision insurance fraud. The plan derails in a spectacular fashion when a staged collision collides with a real police car, escalating tensions and tying the trio more tightly to the dangerous world they’ve stumbled into. In a parallel strain of desperation, Sabu [Gajirō Satō] pawns his gold-plated Kinsu sect badge—along with those of Makoto and Eiji—to cover the mounting debts generated by a failed, illicit “used panties” venture gone awry. The stakes keep rising as debts multiply and the group’s reckless choices threaten both their safety and their lives.
At a hostess bar, Makoto encounters Keiko and walks her home, learning she is about to star in a film, a detail that casts a pall over the already blurred lines between exploitation and ambition. Meanwhile, Daimon and the boss of the Asashi sect engage in a karaoke contest over a hostess named Akemi, and Daimon stumbles upon an audition notice for a pornographic production. Sabu then reveals a troubling truth: the production company, 7 Star Productions, is reportedly a front for the Asashi sect that manufactures adult films, tying cinema, sex, and organized crime into a single, interwoven web.
Driven by a sense of responsibility, Makoto and Eiji rush to the film set, where Daimon confronts the grim realization that the actress is not there of her own free will. United by a common purpose, they fight the Asashi sect members and manage to rescue Keiko from danger, shifting the momentum of their perilous journey. Yet the conflict is far from resolved. Hosoda of the Asashi sect presses hard, demanding punishment—specifically fingers from Makoto and Eiji—as well as monetary restitution, a demand Daimon seeks to defuse through negotiation. The big boss grants a temporary settlement, but the tension remains taut.
In a climactic showdown, Daimon, Makoto, and Eiji confront the Asashi once more. Daimon wields a bluff of dynamite—an illusion that becomes all too real when the explosive appears genuine after all the deception. The trio survives the blast, their resilience signaling that they have entered a world where power is maintained through fear, intimidation, and a code of loyalty that is rarely honorable. Through peril, danger, and relentless pressure, they navigate betrayals, confront their own choices, and endure a finale that leaves them standing, if only barely, amid the wreckage of the criminal networks they dared to challenge.
