An incorrigible sorcerer turns a bear into a young man, who, unhappy with his new form, seeks a princess’s kiss to have his wish granted. With the sorcerer and his beautiful wife’s help, he pursues the first princess he sees, only to find she is gentle, kind and instantly falls in love with him. Confused, he runs away, prompting the princess to embark on a brave search. Meanwhile, the king’s ambitious prime minister and a hunter hunting bear furs enter the story, further complicating the magical romance.
