During World War II, while the horrors of the extermination camps are well-known, millions more Jews were murdered by mobile killing squads known as the Einsatzgruppen and police battalions. These units systematically targeted and shot men, women, and children. This documentary explores the individuals who comprised these units, examining how ordinary men could participate in such systematic and horrific crimes, and shedding light on a lesser-known aspect of the Holocaust.
