A Syrian War Explosive Ordnance Disposal team faces danger as they work to clear the recently liberated historic site of Palmyra. Targeted by ISIS militants, the team must defuse explosives to prepare the ancient city for a symbolic concert by the Mariinsky Symphony Orchestra. Clearing the roads one kilometer at a time, the team encounters increasingly destructive explosives, creating tension between a young captain and a seasoned expert. When the captain disappears after an ambush, the experienced sapper embarks on a perilous search and rescue mission.
