Anu Ritika Singh, Arjun Ashok Selvan, and Mani Shah Ra have been best friends since childhood, sharing a simple bond that feels unshakable. At a lively party, Anu drops a bold line: her father, Paulraj M.S. Bhaskar, is actively searching for a groom for her, and she casually asks Arjun if he’d consider marrying her. In this new timeline, Arjun refuses Anu’s proposal. As the days unfold, Arjun’s new life begins to take shape: he rekindles Meera’s faith in her filmmaking ambitions, lands a chance at a major audition, and even helps clear a path for her to triumph over past setbacks. Along the way, he learns more about Anu’s warmth and the unwavering support of her father, whose quiet generosity stands in stark contrast to Arjun’s prior scorn for their latrine business. The moment deepens when Paulraj reveals his origin story—his village in Tirunelveli, the mission to bring toilets there, and the sense of purpose that drove his life’s work. On a birthday trip to Meera’s home state of Kerala, Anu nudges Arjun toward a proposal for Meera, hoping he’ll be honest about his feelings.
