Mireille Bouquet, a top assassin, gets an email from Kirika Yumura, a young Japanese girl inviting her on a “pilgrimage to the past.” United by a haunting melody, they team up to expose a thousand‑year‑old organization that has guided their lives since birth. The sole clue Kirika remembers becomes their codename—Noir, an ancient fate binding two maidens who rule over death.
