In Taiwan, a gangster named Tai finds himself hunted by a group of Thai assassins. He enters a hair salon seeking refuge and is concealed by Fen, an apprentice at the salon, managing to evade his pursuers.

Despite Tai's efforts, his boss Hsing is murdered by the assassins. This tragic event leads to a power shift within their triad as the other bosses agree to allow Tai to take over Hsing's business.

In gratitude for Fen's help, Tai visits her salon with his lieutenants and asks her to style his hair. To everyone's surprise, Fen does a terrible job, but her boldness in confronting the gangsters impresses Tai.

Long Legs, one of Tai's loyal lieutenants, becomes determined to find Hsing's murderer. He tracks down the Thai assassins at a hotel but discovers that the owner, Tung, is a friend of Tai's and innocent of the plot.

Long Legs grows increasingly frustrated with Tai's carefree demeanor while mourning Hsing. He feels that Tai has become softer since meeting Fen, causing tension within the gang.

After a triad meeting, Tai catches Fen's boyfriend cheating and forces him to break up with her. Heartbroken, Fen finds comfort in Tai, which brings them closer together and they soon start dating.

To impress Fen, Tai invites her idol, baseball player Cheng, to a party. However, seeing Cheng drunk and interacting with gangsters shatters her image of him, leading to a heated argument and Fen storming out.

Cheng later explains to Fen that Tai was his high school baseball captain and protected him from harassment. This revelation makes Fen regret her earlier breakup with Tai, and she decides to reach out to him.

While receiving a massage, Long Legs is approached by Four-Eye, who suggests he betray Tai. Shortly after, Tai summons Long Legs to meet at a bathhouse to discuss leaving the triad for Fen.

During their meeting, Tai reveals that his boss Hsing sacrificed himself to allow Tai's escape from the assassins. This confession leads to reconciliation between Tai and Long Legs, strengthening their bond.

The Thai assassins locate Tai and Long Legs, launching a surprise attack. The pair are outnumbered and suffer severe injuries during the confrontation, heightening Fen's anxiety about their prolonged absence.

After the attack, Four-Eye betrays Tai, revealing Boss Chuan as the mastermind behind the assassination. In a deadly confrontation, Four-Eye stabs Tai, putting him in grave danger.

Long Legs manages to send an SOS using his smartwatch, bringing help from Fishy and Bryan, who rescue Tai. Despite his injuries, Tai insists he wants to go to Fen's salon instead of a hospital.

Tung, a friend, breaks into Chuan's lair and kills him in revenge for Hsing's murder. With vengeance served and Fen safe, Tai feels a sense of closure and drifts off in the car.

In a heartwarming mid-credits scene, Tai surprises Fen at her salon after recovering. They embrace each other tightly, expressing their feelings, symbolizing a new beginning for both of them.
