Rescued as a child by a man who called himself her ‘butler,’ Mei has only a vague, dream‑like memory. When her parents die, butler Rihito—from a line of servants—appears to serve her. She learns she is an heiress and must transfer to St. Lucia Girls’ Academy, where every student has a butler. Her childhood friend Kento enrolls in a butler school to stay near her.
