The drug lords control money and power, but they never expected McBain. After revolutionary leader Santos tries to topple Colombia’s president and is killed, his sister Christina travels to New York seeking McBain, a Vietnam‑war lieutenant Santos once saved. McBain assembles his old comrades, finances the operation by eliminating a few dealers, and leads a daring assault to overthrow the Colombian government.
