The film weaves Juan Rulfo’s magical world, following Juan Preciado’s journey into the ghost town of Comala from Pedro Páramo, the tragic incestuous siblings of Talpa, and Juvencio Nava’s flight after killing Colonel Terrones as told in Diles que no me maten. The stories intersect, creating a surreal portrait of violence, fate and Mexican myth.
