This is a sensitive and intimate portrait of Ivanna, a nomadic reindeer herder and mother of five living in the Russian Arctic. Facing rapidly worsening conditions on the tundra, she's compelled to abandon her traditional way of life and emigrate to the city to pursue her own dreams. The film follows Ivanna’s journey and experiences over several years as she adapts to a new environment and builds a different future for herself and her children.
