When Laura sees a shooting star crash in a park, she finds a living being with a broken tip. She brings it home, patches the tip with a band‑aid and discovers it can make people fly and animate objects. As it remains on Earth its colors fade and its powers weaken, forcing Laura to send it back to the heavens before it fades.
