During the summer of 1976, bored with pinball and complaints, Val and Tim steal their friend Randal’s car. They pick up two girls, Kari and Vicki, and head for the hills, planning to return the vehicle before Randal’s baseball practice ends. Their reckless escapade spirals out of control, underscoring that joyriding is dangerous, not harmless.
