After years working in the Middle East, Badong Bulaong (Robin Padilla) returns home, robbed and left only with a souvenir bottle from Saudi Arabia. He discovers his girlfriend has moved on with a basketball player. In despair he breaks the bottle, releasing genie Jeannie (Judy Ann Santos) who grants him three wishes, sparking comedic magical mishaps.
