The gang encounters Boss Man, a veteran raver and owner of the Jackpot casino, played by Naseeruddin Shah. Despite his slow speech, his quick wit and colorful personality make it clear that he is a formidable character with his own set of principles.

Francis, Anthony, and Maya devise an elaborate plan to scam Boss during a poker tournament, with the goal of winning 5 Crores. Maya, working as a security guard, plays a crucial role in this scheme as they aim to con the other players and split the winnings.

To secure their entry into the poker tournament, the trio needs Rs 1 Lakh, which Boss refuses to waive. They organize an illegal raffle that raises Rs 54,000, while Francis sells his bike for another Rs 40,000 to cover the cost.

Maya successfully cons a card counter at the casino, stealing his winnings to further finance their poker ambitions. This maneuver underscores their skills as con artists and their determination to succeed.

Francis presents a scheme involving his uncle Joseph's disputed land, offering it to Boss for Rs 10 Crores, planning to sell it to Disney for Rs 250 Crores. This underhanded tactic reveals the layers of deception in their game.

The Chief Minister demands a Rs 5 Crores bribe for approving the land sale, and Boss agrees to pay. This further complicates their plans, as they now need additional funds to secure the deal.

The gang decides to enter Anthony in the poker tournament, with the plan to win 10 Crores. Maya trains him in card counting, but the plan is shrouded in deceit as they strategize to steal the prize money directly from Boss.

It is revealed that the land deal, the CM, and other aspects of their plan were fabricated by Francis to con Boss. This twist highlights the elaborate deception at play and the lengths to which the characters are willing to go.
