A long, harsh winter grips the faraway kingdom, seemingly unending. Just as spring arrives, a blizzard and frosts arrive instead. However, news arrives alongside the near-spring: the annual all-fairy song contest will be held in the Thirteenth Kingdom. Last year, a hamster named Georges won, and excitement builds to see who will be crowned this year. The Tsar chooses a scientist Cat to represent the kingdom, despite his chaotic, singing habits. Led by Ivan and the Grey Wolf, the group sets off to support the feline performer in the contest.
