A troubled, isolated teenage boy roams the grassy hills in search of purpose. He finally settles on a slope, seeking a pastime, and begins to dismember himself, first sampling his own flesh, then removing his eye, his face, and ultimately his intestines, which he consumes in a grotesque, ecstatic frenzy.
