Cynthia’s teenage daughter, Jordan Winstone, Ellie O’Brien, provides quiet support as the family dynamics begin to reveal a troubling pattern: the psychic abilities are hereditary, dating back to Cynthia’s late husband who also possessed them and died after confronting a formidable, unseen force.
