In a close‑knit working‑class neighbourhood, 13‑year‑old Anka navigates the turbulence of adolescence—day‑dreams, first love, and chats with friends—while the shadow of her father’s alcoholism and her mother’s mental instability stains the community. The film follows how shame, abuse and depression ripple through families and schools that often turn a blind eye, offering parents a stark, moral view of the hidden toll such dysfunction takes on a young girl’s life.
