Four Samosas

The movie opens with four disguised thieves running out of Juneja's Cash & Carry, setting up the scene for a chaotic grocery store heist. The screen displays the caption 'Four Samosas....and the ill-advised grocery store heist.'

A few days earlier, Vinny is seen working in a Sari store, engaging customers and sharing his rhymes with a coworker. This introduction establishes his character's creativity and dissatisfaction with his current life.

Vinny, Anjali, and Zak gather at the Chaat House, where Zak reveals a shocking update: Rina, Vinny's ex-girlfriend, is engaged. To make matters worse, the groom is Sanjay, a goat-dung-repurposer, which deeply upsets Vinny.

Vinny visits Rina at her salon to confront her about her engagement, expressing his frustration and heartbreak. The moment escalates as he storms out, marking a turning point in his emotions.

Inspired by his feelings of inadequacy, Vinny shares his audacious plan with Zak to steal from Rina's wealthy father. The idea is to 'reappropriate the wealth,' allowing Vinny to support his ailing aunties and help Zak pursue his Bollywood dreams.

After overhearing Vinny's plan, Anjali, who has a crush on Zak, decides to join the heist. This adds another layer to her intentions, as she aims to spend more time with Zak while participating in the robbery.

Anjali conducts reconnaissance by tricking Mr. Juneja into granting her an interview for her newspaper. This allows her to get a closer look at the safe where the diamonds are stored, laying the groundwork for the heist.

The crew enlists Paru, a former engineer, to help crack the safe's combination lock. They engage in a series of fun and competitive contests with local activists to borrow the necessary tools for the heist.

Vinny visits his father, a priest, to seek blessings before the heist, hoping for a warning against this reckless plan. This moment reflects Vinny's inner conflict about his choices and the moral implications of his actions.

Disguised as shoppers, Vinny, Anjali, Zak, and Paru sneak into the Cash & Carry before closing. They hide until the store is locked down, beginning their hours-long battle to open the safe.

Despite multiple failed attempts, Vinny remembers Rina's birthday and uses it as the combination, successfully opening the safe. The crew steals the diamonds and heads to Vinny's place to celebrate their heist.

Rina confronts Vinny at the Sari shop, accusing him of stealing the diamonds. The group decides to sell the diamonds back to Mr. Juneja to avoid trouble since they are illegal possessions.

Anjali, disguised as an old man, arranges to meet Mr. Juneja and discovers chaos strikes when he brings fake cash. Meanwhile, there is confusion regarding the real diamonds, leading to tension among the crew.

In a twist of fate, Vinny's mom uses the stolen diamonds to enhance a prop crown for a performance. This mishap complicates their plan, impacting their ability to return the diamonds to Mr. Juneja.

As everything unravels, Vinny admits that the heist was really about his feelings for Rina rather than money. Realizing this, he decides to support his cousin Nikki's performance, channeling his emotions into art.
