FleshEater

A group of kids on Halloween hire a local farmer to take them to a remote clearing in the forest. They drink and tell the farmer to come back after dark to pick them up. As the night wears on, the party splits up so each couple can find their own private spots.

The farmer moves a stump and uncovers a sealed wooden box. He breaks the seal and releases the Flesh-eater, Bill Heinzman, who slays the farmer and becomes a zombie. The two undead head toward the party to hunt fresh victims.

The flesh-eater attacks the barn and kills two kids who had retreated inside for privacy. The assault shocks the party, as fear spreads and the threat of the undead grows louder outside.

Two friends who witnessed the killings rush back into the party to warn everyone about the danger outside. Panic spreads as the undead begin to pile up just beyond the doors.

The chaos spills into the woods as a girl is attacked, getting mauled on the shoulder. Her boyfriend hears her screams and tackles the flesh-eater, buying her a moment of safety but not stopping the threat.

The remaining kids retreat to the old Spencer's Farm farmhouse and seal the windows and doors. They manage to phone the police, but the call is cut short when a zombie outside yanks the telephone line.

Two kids who escaped the barn join the group and hide in the basement, locking the door behind them. Upstairs, the girl bitten on the shoulder dies and rises as a zombie. Outside, the undead breach the house and slaughter the rest.

A patrol car reaches Spencer's Farm in response to the cut line, but the officer is overwhelmed by zombies and left for dead. The basement-dwelling kids find the body, grab his gun, and slip away into the night.

The undead spill onto a local residential street and kill a family inside their home, turning them into more zombies. The threat continues to creep closer to other houses and neighborhoods.

The two kids reach a local stable and try to warn the owner about the coming attack. He goes inside to find his wife has already become a zombie. More zombies appear and he is cornered and eaten alive as the kids flee again.

The two surviving kids reach a large barn hosting a Halloween party. They attempt to warn the party-goers, who dismiss it as Halloween nonsense. The zombies arrive and slaughter the revelers.

As daylight approaches, a police posse moves through the woods to reach the source of the outbreak. They kill zombies along the way and reach the barn, only to discover the party-goers are all undead.

The two kids hiding in the barn exit and are shot on sight by a sniper (the same actor associated with Night of the Living Dead). The posse seals the barn and burns it to cleanse the area of the remaining zombies.

A few days later, a police officer checking the barn remains is killed by the original Flesh-eater, reviving the outbreak and ensuring the nightmare is not over.
