Set in Vienna's Favoriten, a culturally diverse neighborhood, this documentary follows a class of students aged seven to ten. Their teacher, Ilkay, strives to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for the children, many of whom face challenges like language barriers, difficult family histories, and discrimination. Despite limited resources, Ilkay guides her class through daily experiences, celebrating childhood, the dedication of educators, and the importance of lifelong learning within a small community that reflects contemporary European society.
