During the 1960s, two Filipina-American sisters and their friends created a garage band that evolved into the pioneering all-female group Fanny. They achieved the distinction of being the first women to release an LP on Warner/Reprise in 1970, defying conventions and touring alongside musical legends. Despite critical acclaim and a dedicated following, Fanny's remarkable contributions faded from public awareness. Fifty years later, the band remarkably reunited, securing a new recording contract and reclaiming their place in music history.
