Mario, a respected nurse, works at a care home in a coastal Galician village where he’s highly valued. The arrival of Antonio Padín, a notorious local drug lord recently released from prison, disrupts the peaceful environment. Padín’s sons, Kike and Toño, are now running the family’s criminal enterprise. A failed operation leads to Kike's imprisonment and a significant debt to a Colombian supplier, prompting Toño to seek Mario's help in persuading his father to take responsibility. However, Mario harbors his own intentions.
