The stranger reveals that Tyler's ex-wife Mia's sister, Ketevan, and her two children are in dire need of rescue. Tyler learns that they are being held under abusive conditions due to Ketevan's husband, Davit Radiani, who is imprisoned.

Davit Radiani is a co-leader of the Nagazi crime syndicate, a group he founded with his brother. After being imprisoned following a murder, he forces Ketevan and their children to endure his oppressive rule.
