Ten years after defeating the Gaiark, an unprecedented peace reigns thanks to Minister Noizumi's Isolation Barrier. However, this peace has severed the Go-Ongers' connection to the Engines, and a Sentai Activity Ban Law now brands them as terrorists. A young boy named Souji arrives with BeaRV's Engine Cast, and the Go-Ongers must protect him from pursuing special police. Complicating matters, Saki, formerly Go-On Yellow, now works in the government's public relations office, standing against them. A major incident threatens the world, and the fate of the Go-Ongers hangs in the balance.
