This dark comedy explores the unsettling story of serial killer Jeff Dahmer, who is unexpectedly searching for a relationship. The film utilizes slapstick humor while offering commentary on societal norms and examining the disturbing reality of law enforcement errors, such as an escaped victim being returned to their captor. The director highlights how prejudice contributed to these blunders, emphasizing that such actions are far from humorous and unacceptable from those in positions of authority.
