Devil’s Angels

Cody and the Skulls hear the legend of Hole-in-the-Wall, a place said to be free from police. The story ignites their imagination and makes them believe life could be lived forever on the run. Motivated by the tale, they resolve to leave their old life behind and seek the mythical sanctuary.

They break their pal Funky out of jail and set off on the road with the plan to reach Hole-in-the-Wall. The escape solidifies their bond and confirms their thirst for a life outside the law. As a group, they care little for the consequences as they head toward an uncertain future.

On a gas-stop, the Skulls terrorize a store owner and help themselves to beer, displaying their reckless appetite for control. The incident marks the first public display of their brutality. The store owner's fear hints at the townsfolk's growing unease with the gang.

Back on the highway, the gang wrecks the RV of a couple who had knocked over one of their motorcycles. Their vengeance is swift and cruel, leaving bystanders shaken by the extent of their violence. The road becomes a moving threat rather than a place of escape.

The Skulls roll into Brookville during its annual picnic, and the quiet town is stunned by their sudden arrival. The mayor and townspeople quickly rally to get them removed. The local sheriff, for now, chooses a more conciliatory approach and negotiates a temporary arrangement.

A local girl is drawn to the gang and joins their ride to the beach. As the bikers set up on the beach, the mayor declares the sheriff's leniency unacceptable and calls for action. The sheriff agrees to let them camp on the beach for one night before they move on the next morning.

On the beach, members drug and manhandle the girl, driving her to fear and flight. The mayor immediately seizes on the incident to claim she was raped, inflaming the town's anger. The sheriff reverses course and arrests Cody, forcing the rest of the bikers to abandon the beach.

After the arrest, the sheriff releases Cody once he learns the mayor lied about the rape. Reunited with his gang, Cody advocates leaving the town and heading to Hole-in-the-Wall, but the others vote to seek revenge instead. They return to Brookville to carry out their plan.

In Brookville, the gang captures the girl, her family, the mayor, and the sheriff for a mock trial. The mayor is found guilty and beaten, while the girl is sentenced to be gang-raped. Cody attempts to intervene, but his protests are ignored as the proceedings unfold.

Riders from another motorcycle gang arrive and join the town's torment, unleashing their own brutal brand of terror. Anarchy descends as the town's order collapses and violence spreads unchecked. Cody watches, realizing his dream is crumbling around him.

Cody confronts the lie of Hole-in-the-Wall, realizing there is no real escape or sanctuary. The dream dies, and a heavy sense of inevitability settles over him. He begins to understand that leaving might be his only option.

Cody seeks to flee with his girlfriend, asking her to leave the town with him. She refuses to abandon the others or risk more trouble. With the decision made, the Skulls' grip on Brookville loosens and the gang's cohesion weakens.

Cody tears off his Skulls jacket, throwing it to the ground as he decides to ride away from Brookville. Fires rage through the town and police cars converge to restore order. He rides off into an uncertain future, leaving behind the life he once wanted.
