At twelve, Lasse is both a tough‑as‑nails kid and bright. When his pregnant mother abandons his gentle, Elvis‑loving butcher father and moves in with a dentist, Lasse enters a new household. The dentist’s daughter is a jealous schemer, making his attempts to fit in harder, deeply. He wonders whether a tiger can truly change its stripes forever.
