Set in the Brazilian city of Gravatá, this political drama explores the tensions surrounding mayoral elections. The population is sharply divided between the Blue and Red parties, powerful families vying for control. A severe drought has made water a crucial resource, used as leverage to sway voters. Chico Caixa, a former city employee unfairly dismissed for attempting to deliver water to a neglected neighborhood, is drawn into the political fray by a childhood friend, Joel. Joel, a councilor candidate, promises change and an alternative to the entrenched political establishment, but Chico soon discovers the challenges of disrupting the existing power structures.
