In Hong Kong, aging mob boss Ho Chen‑tung upholds a strict code of honor that keeps rival factions uneasy but peaceful. He is distant from his son Hui, who lives in Australia, yet has become a father figure to Han, a Vietnamese refugee who shares his ethical outlook. As Hui reaches out, the Hong Kong CID finally closes its long‑running investigation into Tung’s network.
