Master of disguise Sir Rodney becomes the masked vigilante “The Black Fingernail,” confronting the corrupt secret‑police chiefs Camembert and Bidet. The film mixes dark historical events with slapstick British interference, delivering over‑the‑top disguises and comic set‑pieces.
