Set several years after the original Bummer, the story follows Kostyan “Kot”, who has lost his friends, his love, and barely survived the first film’s trauma. He seeks a quiet, ordinary life, but the changed Russian landscape and lingering “bratki” and black‑bummers threaten to pull him back. He must confront whether he can truly escape his past.
