Aditya forces a bargain with the don who commissioned the illegal transplant, offering the heart in exchange for Pallavi’s life. The criminal accepts, and in the ensuing showdown Aritya kills Arjun, putting an end to the doctor’s deadly scheme.
With the murderer dead, the teddy bear‑host, Buddy, guides Pallavi’s consciousness back into her own body. Unlike the vague prophecy told earlier, Pallavi awakens remembering every moment she spent inside the bear, and she immediately recognises Aditya as the man who saved her.
