At the climax Aditya Ram finally tracks the organ‑trafficking doctor Arjun to the Hong Kong hospital where Pallavi’s body has been hidden in a coma. Arjun, thinking he can finish the job, confronts Aditya on the runway as the pilot plane preparing to fly Pallavi back to India. Aditya forces a bargain with the don who commissioned the illegal transplant, offering the heart in exchange for Pallavi’s life. The criminal accepts, and in the ensuing showdown Aritya kills Arjun, putting an end to the doctor’s deadly scheme.

With the murderer dead, the teddy bear‑host, Buddy, guides Pallavi’s consciousness back into her own body. Unlike the vague prophecy told earlier, Pallavi awakens remembering every moment she spent inside the bear, and she immediately recognises Aditya as the man who saved her. Their long‑distance flirtation over the ATC radio turns into a real‑world connection, hinting that they will soon be together.

Thus the film closes on the pair reunited, the treacherous organ‑trade dismantled, and the animated teddy left behind as a testament to the extraordinary bond that rescued Pallavi’s life.
