Yusuf and his best friend Memo attend a boarding school for Kurdish boys located in the remote mountains of Eastern Anatolia. When Memo suddenly falls ill, Yusuf must navigate frustrating bureaucratic hurdles imposed by the school's strict authorities in an attempt to get him help. As the adults finally recognize the severity of Memo’s condition and try to secure hospital care, a sudden, heavy snowfall buries the school, trapping everyone.
