Freshly graduated from the police academy, Tung Tung faces a Vietnamese assassin on his first assignment. To overcome his inner blocks he joins the elite SDU, where teammate Coolman resents him. Tung learns Coolman is his stepbrother, tries to reconcile but is rebuffed. In final training on a deserted island, their squad confronts the assassin again.
